To maintain the integrity of your rolls, we recommend storing them horizontally in their original packaging or a dedicated acid-free storage tube. Avoid vertical storage for long periods to prevent edge damage and keep them in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
How do you ensure paper rolls and sheets are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized heavy-duty reinforced mailing tubes for rolls and rigid flat-pack stay-flat envelopes for individual sheets. Every order is wrapped in moisture-resistant poly-fleece to protect against humidity and handling during transit.
Are Canson papers acid-free and archival quality?
Yes, the majority of our Canson range, including the Heritage and Infinity lines, are acid-free and contain no optical brighteners. This ensures your artwork remains vibrant and resists yellowing or degradation for over 100 years.
Can I return a paper roll if I have already cut a portion of it?
We can only accept returns on items in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Once a roll has been cut or the factory seal is broken, it is no longer eligible for a return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
